Sad news
Well I received a referral on Monday and sadly had to decline. Such an adorable little boy but he has a potential long term unknown disability that I cannot be sure that I am the best person for. It breaks my heart but I know that I am not destined to be V's Mommy. I pray that he gets the family that is right for him.
I will continue to pray and hope that my love will come to me soon.

I-600
Well my agency has requested that I send in my I-600. Sounds like it could be good news - maybe refer all coming soon? Fingers crossed.
Oh and they also sent an invoice for the program fee $$$$$$. Glad I have been saving for this journey but still hard to write that check.

Off to Russia!
Well at least the paperwork is. I have completed my Homestudy and first dossier, notarized and apostlled, and now sent to Russia. One more milestone complete. Now they need to be translated and registered with the MOE.

Almost ready...
So excited to see an email from the agency today. It contained my 2 dossiers for my proof reading. Hopefully this means I will be able to get the finals next week with my Homestudy to take to Sac for apostilling.
